A booking is confirmed according to the time slot and ticket conditions shown in the booking experience.

Please arrive on time and follow staff instructions for setup, movement and use of the equipment.

VRena may pause or end a session when safety instructions are not followed or equipment is used improperly.

Group and birthday discounts are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
